KÅŒR Reformer Pilates – Cancellation Policy

At KÅŒR, we run an intentionally small, high-quality schedule to maintain precision coaching and a calm studio environment. To keep classes fair and accessible for everyone, the following cancellation rules apply:

Class Cancellations

You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time.

Cancellations made before the 12-hour window will receive a full credit return:

If purchased as part of a class pack or membership, the credit will automatically return to your package.

If purchased as a single class, the credit will be returned to your KÅŒR account for future use.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
​

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the credit for that class.

In the future, we may implement late/no-show auto-charge rules for repeat offenders to keep classes accessible for committed members. This will be communicated in advance if activated.

Waitlist Cancellations

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, normal cancellation rules apply.

If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid unwanted auto-enrolment.

Instructor or Studio Cancellations
If KÅŒR must cancel a class for any reason:

Your credit will be returned automatically.

You will be notified as quickly as possible via email or SMS.
