2.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks and navigation patterns

4. How we use third-party tools
To run KŌR efficiently and deliver a good digital experience, we use third-party providers who process data on our behalf (“processors”). These currently include, for example:

  • Booking & studio management: Momence (class schedule, bookings, memberships, payments)

  • Email marketing & automations: Mailchimp (newsletters, welcome sequences, announcements)

  • Website hosting / builder: Wix (website hosting and forms)

  • Analytics & pixels: Tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel (where implemented and legally compliant)

Each provider only receives the data necessary for their service and is contractually required to protect it.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our Website and booking pages may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • remember your preferences

  • keep you logged into your account

  • measure traffic and performance

  • run marketing/retargeting campaigns (where implemented and legally allowed)

Where required, we will show you a cookie banner allowing you to accept or manage non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies via your browser settings.

If you opt out of marketing, we may still send you essential service emails, such as booking confirmations, schedule changes or important studio information.

10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.


11. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16 without parental consent.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate the latest version.
