What is KÅŒR Reformer Pilates?

KÅŒR is a physio-led reformer Pilates studio in Verbier offering precision-based movement, expert instruction, and small-group classes designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and performance.

Where is KÅŒR located in Verbier?

​

Our studio is located at 28 Route de Verbier Station, 1936 Verbier, (-1) Floor in the Migros building, there is parking and a lift. 

​

What makes KÅŒR different from other Pilates studios?

KÅŒR is physiotherapy-led, combining expert biomechanics knowledge with tailored reformer programming. Our classes prioritise precision, safety, long-term results, and a refined luxury studio experience.

What types of reformer Pilates classes do you offer?

​

We offer three signature formats:

  • KÅŒR Form – foundational technique and alignment

  • KÅŒR Signature – strong, dynamic full-body training

  • KÅŒR Flow – restorative, lengthening, mobility-focused
    All classes are suitable for different goals and stages in your movement journey.

Is KÅŒR suitable for beginners?

​

Yes. Our KÅŒR Form class is ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to refine technique. Our teachers provide hands-on corrections, clear cues, and regressions when needed.

​

What class should I start with if I’m new to reformer Pilates?

​

We recommend starting with KÅŒR Form to learn fundamental alignment, breath, and control. We recommend taking three Form classes before booking a signature class if knew to reformer. 

​

How many people are in each class?

​

We keep classes small and intimate to ensure personalised attention and high-quality instruction- we have 8 reformer beds. 

​

Can I do reformer Pilates if I have an injury?

​

Yes — as a physio-led studio, we are uniquely equipped to support you. Please note your injury on your booking or speak to your instructor before class so we can modify safely.

​

Is Pilates good for back pain or posture?

​

Reformer Pilates can improve posture, core control, spinal mobility, and strength — all of which help reduce back discomfort. For complex pain, we recommend a 1:1 physio-led session first.

​

Can I join classes during pregnancy or postpartum?

​

Yes, with guidance. Let us know your stage so we can recommend the best class and modifications. We advise a postnatal clearance before returning to dynamic sessions.

​

Is Pilates good for ski conditioning?

​

Absolutely. Reformer Pilates enhances leg strength, hip mobility, balance, alignment, and endurance — all essential for strong, injury-resistant skiing.

​

Can I book Pilates during my ski holiday in Verbier?

​

Yes. Many clients join us to stay strong and reduce fatigue during their ski trip. We recommend booking early during peak holiday weeks.

​

Is KÅŒR open during the winter ski season?

Yes, we run a full winter schedule and additional peak-week classes during busy Verbier holiday periods.

How do I book a class at KÅŒR?

​

All bookings are made online through our Momence-powered schedule at www.korcollective.ch/pilatesbook.

​

Do you offer class packs or memberships?

​

Yes. We offer single sessions, class packs, and seasonal memberships designed for both Verbier locals and seasonal visitors.

​

Can I join the waitlist if a class is full?

Yes. If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified by email. Normal cancellation rules apply.

​

What is your cancellation policy?

​

You may cancel up to 12 hours before class to receive your credit back. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit. Full policy available on our website.

​

What happens if I’m added from the waitlist?

​

If you’re moved from the waitlist into a class, you’ll receive an email notification. If you no longer wish to join, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

​

​

What should I wear to reformer Pilates?

​

Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows movement. Grip socks are essential for safety and hygiene, we sell KÅŒR reformer socks in the studio. 

​

Do you provide towels, water, or equipment?

All reformer equipment is provided. Please bring a water bottle; towels are available in the studio.

​

Do I need grip socks?

Grip socks are mandatory. They help improve stability and hygiene on the reformer. We have socks available to purchase in our studio. 

​

Do you offer private 1:1 reformer or physio sessions?

​

Yes. Private sessions are ideal for injury support, technique refinement, or personalised programming. Contact us to book.

​

Can I request a specific instructor?

Yes — please email us or note your preference when enquiring.

​

I’m visiting Verbier, can I drop in for a single class?

​

Yes. We welcome holiday guests and drop-ins. Weekend and peak week classes fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.

​

Do you offer packages for seasonal visitors?

​

Yes. We offer seasonal membership options designed for winter guests or extended stays.

​
