One of the questions we hear most often at KŌR is whether someone should join our group Reformer Pilates classes or book private personal training. The honest answer is that both are excellent, and the right choice depends on your goals, your history and how you like to train.
What group Reformer Pilates offers
Our group classes are capped at eight clients so you still receive close, physio-led attention, but within an energising shared environment. They are structured, progressive and led by a qualified physiotherapist who cues and corrects throughout.
Group classes are ideal if you want consistency, community and expert instruction at an accessible price, and if your goals are general strength, mobility, posture and wellbeing.
What private personal training offers
Private 1:1 personal training on the Reformer is fully tailored to you. Your first session includes an in-depth assessment, and every session after is built around your specific goals, imbalances and any injuries or medical history.
It is the right choice if you are returning from injury, managing a specific condition, preparing for a particular event, pregnant or postpartum, or simply prefer undivided, individualised attention.
