Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are mandatory and available for purchase at the studio if needed. Bring a water bottle and arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class. We provide all necessary equipment.

Yes, advance booking is required due to our limited class size of 8 clients. This ensures everyone receives personalized attention. You can book online 24/7 through our schedule. Walk-ins are only accepted if space is available, which is rare during peak times.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class start time, or no-shows, will result in the loss of that class credit or charge to your account. For private sessions, we require 48-hour notice.

Our physio-led team is specially trained in modifications for pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and injury rehabilitation. Yes, our 5-class and 10-class packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. This gives you flexibility while encouraging regular practice.

Are memberships auto-renewing?

Monthly memberships auto-renew on the same date each month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual memberships are paid upfront for the full year and do not auto-renew.

KŌR is located at Les Arcades, Rte de Verbier Station 26, 1936 Verbier, in the heart of Verbier. We are easily accessible on foot from most locations in town. Public parking is available onsite or in the nearby Cantogne parking. The studio has lift access.
